REQUIREMENTS
Elementary School
- Duly accomplished on-line application form
- Special Study Permit issued by Bureau of Immigration
- Authenticated/Apostille/Original Student Records, if applicable
- Photocopy of passport
- ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size
- Once enrolled, Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card)
Junior High School
- Duly accomplished on-line application form
- Special Study Permit issued by Bureau of Immigration
- Authenticated/Apostille/Original Student Records, if applicable
- Photocopy of passport
- ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size
- Once enrolled, Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card)
College Division
- Duly accomplished on-line application form
- Study Permit or Working Visa issued by Bureau of Immigration
- Original Student Record (red ribbon)
- Photocopy of passport
- ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size
- Once enrolled, Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card)
Graduate School
- Duly accomplished on-line application form
- Photocopy of passport (biometric data page)
- ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size
- Authenticated/Apostille/Original -Transcript of Records
- Authenticated/Apostille/Original - Diploma / Certificate of Graduation
- Authenticated/Apostille - Police Clearance / Certificate of no criminal records
- Study Permit or Working Visa issued by the Bureau of Immigration
- Once enrolled, Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-CArd) certified by Bureau of Immigration
FOR MASTERS: Certificate of Eligibility to Pursue Graduate Studies – this is for international applicants whose Certificate of Graduation does not clearly indicate that they are university/college degree holders. The University may require this added certificate from international applicants if and when needed.
The “Certificate of Eligibility to Pursue Graduate Studies” may be secured from any of the following:
- School where applicant earned his/her collegiate degree/s
- The applicant’s country’s Ministry of Education or its equivalent
- Philippine Embassy/Philippine Consulate in the applicant’s country of origin
*Foreign student applications are not being accepted for our Senior High School and Law School programs at this time.
