In August 2023, Slow Food Community Cavite and Slow Food Manila organized Taste Sessions, an interactive learning event that brought together the farming community in Cavite, industry professionals, and representatives from José Rizal University. The event highlighted the importance of Philippine food culture, biodiversity, and culinary heritage while promoting collective efforts to preserve and sustain these valuable traditions for future generations.
