Rizalian Career Center
The JRU Guidance and Testing Office (GTO) has services that provide career preparation, cultivate their inner hero, and provide opportunities to students and JRU graduates. The career service aims to assist the student by offering relevant information on vocational and professional occupations that would help them learn and understand the world of work. Furthermore, it intends to aid the students in making appropriate career decisions that will prepare them for their future. Additionally, we closely coordinate and create strong linkages with Industry Partners in curricular enhancement and skills development. Different career activities and coordinated learning programs are conducted for Rizalian to help them build skills, and confidence in choosing the right career, develop their inner hero, find an appropriate job, and be successful in their workplace. We envisioned that through the career service, the Rizalian graduates have opportunities to excel in their chosen career paths and become heroes in their respective professions.

Providing information to 4th year students on the career and placement activities for the school year.
Career Planning and Counseling
Guiding the students to create their own career plan, making career decisions, and building portfolio as early as their first year in JRU based from their values, interests, and skills.

Career Talks
Gaining valuable career information, related job options and opportunities from industry; institutional partners, and Alumni presented through a seminar/webinar.
Mock Interviews
The invited industry partners facilitates the one-on-one or group interviews to JRU students. It also provides an opportunity and experience to students about job interview with HR practitioners.
Graduate’s Tracer
A follow-up service to JRU Graduates by tracking them through an email, phone calls, SMS and other platforms to communicate with them. This will also assist the unemployed graduates and monitor their career progress.
Industry and Student Expo
Exhibits the projects created by the CSE students, business strategic plan by BAA students, and showcase the hospitality and tourism skills of HTM students to our industry partners. This is a collaborative career activities with those colleges.
Partners Appreciation
A recognition activity with our industry partners for their support and association with us.
Mentorship
The alumni, industry partners and other members of community supports our students to cultivate their inner hero through mentorship. This is a collaborative and coordinated program with our Alumni Development Office.
