HOW TO ENROLL?
Jose Rizal University strongly encourages students and parents to use the Bills Payment Facilities of our partner institutions made available to JRU.
Here are the major advantages of paying using Bills Payment Facilities:
- By using these bill payment facilities you will no longer be required to send proof of your payment slip to JRU. However, you should still keep your payment slip as your proof of payment
- Banks and Non-Banks partners will take care of sending the list of all accepted payments to JRU.

a. ONLINE BILLS PAYMENT (click the bank of your choice for the Step-by-step instructions)
- Banco De Oro (BDO) – (available on-line and/or over-the-counter)
- Security Bank Corporation (SBC) – (available on-line and/or over-the-counter)
- Union Bank (UB) – (available on-line and/or over-the-counter)
- East West Bank (EWB) – (available on-line and/or over-the-counter)
- Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) – (available on-line and/or over-the-counter)
- GCASH – (available on-line only)
b. OVER-THE-COUNTER BILLS PAYMENT
- China Bank Savings (CBS) – (available over-the-counter only)
- Cebuana Lhuillier – (available over-the-counter only)
NOTE: All over-the-counter payments are accepted through the Bills Payment method ONLY.
When will your payments be recognized by JRU if you use the Bills Payment Facilities?
For Online users Using Banks Partners:
a. When you pay Monday-Thursday (12:01am– 7:00pm) & (12:01am – 3:00pm for RCBC only) | 1 day following the day after payment was made |
b. Monday-Wednesday (after bank cut-off hours) | 2 days following the day payment was made |
c. Thursday-Sunday (12:01 am to 7:00 pm) & (12:01am – 3:00pm for RCBC only) | On the following Monday |
d. Sunday (after bank cut-off hours) | On the following Tuesday |
For Online users Using Non-Bank partner (Gcash):
a.Monday-Thursday | 1 day following day after payment was made |
b.Friday-Sunday | On the following Monday |
For Over-the-counter users From Banks & Non-Banks partner:
a.Monday-Thursday | 1 day following day after payment was made |

You may pay your tuition and all other related fees on-site in JRU through our Cashier at Bldg. A-16 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This schedule may be extended during enrolment periods as the need arises.
- Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Check, and Credit/Debit Cards.
- Postdated and altered checks are not accepted.
- List of credit cards accepted:VISA,MasterCard, JCB and AMEX
- Present any valid ID when using credit/debit cards.
When will JRU be able to recognize your payments if you use the On-site Facilities?
Same day recognition of payment (No lead time required to meet JRU payment cut-offs)
JRU is accepting payments using Interbank fund transfer using the following JRU bank account below.

- This payment option may be used by payors who do not maintain accounts in any of the banks mentioned in Option 1.
- Different banks have different Interbank Fund Transfer facilities and procedures. Please check with your bank what facilities are offered and the step-by-step procedures for doing Interbank Fund Transfers
- By using this mode of payment option, you are REQUIRED to send proof of payment or transaction slip to JRU at treasurersoffice@jru.edu immediately after payment for recording, validation, and posting of your payment.
- Failure to send proof of payment transaction will mean that your payment may not be properly recognized by JRU under your account.
When will your payments be recognized by JRU if you pay through Interbank Fund Transfers (local or international)?

ONSITE
- Proceed to the Enroller for assistance.
- Wait for the Enrolment Permit with subjects (based on the result of the evaluation) and assessment.
- Pay your school fees to the JRU Cashier or any JRU payment facilities.
- Wait for your JRU email credentials which will be emailed to your alternate email address the next working day after payment.
- Log in to JRU SWIT and Canvas using your JRU email account to check your subjects and schedules.
- Subjects in Canvas will be available 3 days before the start of classes.
- Subjects in JRU SWIT must match those in Canvas, otherwise email support@jru.edu with the SUBJECT: <Canvas Enrolment> to inform the registrar.
REMOTE
- Communicate your intention to re-enroll in JRU, go to jru.edu and click APPLY NOW button. In the Adhub, click the returning student button and fill out the form.
- Wait for the Enrolment Permit with subjects (based on the result of the evaluation) and assessment to be emailed by the Enroller.
- Pay your school fees to any JRU payment facilities. Upload your proof of payment to the Adhub.
- Wait for your JRU email credentials which will be emailed to your alternate email address 2 working days after payment.
- Log in to JRU SWIT and Canvas using your JRU email account to check your subjects and schedules.
- Subjects in Canvas will be available 3 days before the start of classes.
- Subjects in JRU SWIT must match
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?
- PROMPT PAYMENT RATE (CASH RATES)
Prompt Payment Rate or Cash Rates is the discounted rate of 10% in Tuition fee-only and must pay the total Misc. and other fees in full. This can be availed before the beginning of the class.
- PUBLISHED RATE
Published Rate/Full Payment is the total gross of the tuition, miscellaneous, and other school fees of the students. This can be availed between the 1st day up to the 10th day from the day the class was started.
- INSTALLMENT RATES
Installment Rate can be divided into 5 payments for SHS and College Division:
- Initial Down payment (Php2,800.00)
- Interim Payment
- Prelim Examination
- Midterm Examination
- Final Examination
