The Elementary and Junior High School pre-enrolment activities will be open from Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., with no noon break, starting January 13, 2020 to June 30, 2020.  Applying old students and new kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 7 students or parents may go directly to the Elementary School Principal’s Office located at K- 108 or at M-201 for Junior High School. Students will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the available space.

            Step 1.  Admission/Pre-enrolment.  Go to Room K-108, Elementary School Principal’s Office or Room M-201, Junior High School Principal’s Office. Pre-enrolling old student will be given a slip by the office which will be presented to the teller for payment. For new student, submit a photocopy of the Birth Certificate with original copy, a photo ID preferably 2×2 inches, photocopy of Form 138 with the latest grading period grades to the enrolling staff for checking and processing of your pre-enrolment. Fill out an on-line admission form and an Applicant Profile Report will be printed.  Brother/sister discounts and/or scholarships can be availed of during regular enrolment schedule.

If your pre-enrolment is approved, you may proceed to Step 2.

Step 2.  Payment of Pre-Enrolment Fee. Proceed to the teller in Room A-16 and pay the pre-enrolment fee of two thousand eight hundred pesos (Php 2,800.00), get your Official or Acknowledgement Receipt and make sure that the amount printed in the receipt tallies with your actual payment.  You have to check the student number and name in the receipt to ensure that the amount paid was for the correct student. You have to keep your receipt as this will be presented the next time you go to the teller to complete the required down payment for your enrolment.   The pre-enrolment fee of Php 2,800.00 is non-refundable

Payment of Complete Enrolment Fee.  Please note that the pre-enrolment fee you have paid will be credited as partial payment for the total enrolment fee prescribed for the school year. Please settle the remaining part of the enrolment fee or the complete down payment on or before August 20, 2020 to avoid possible penalty or additional charges.

            Step 3.  Issuance of Enrolment Permit.  Present your Official or Acknowledgement Receipt to the enroller in Room K-108 for Elementary School or Room M-201 for Junior High School.  If your receipt is stamped PAID (your payment covered at least the required miscellaneous fees and down payment), you will be issued Enrolment Permit stamped Pre-enrolled.

Submit the original Report Card / F138 and other admission requirements specified above on or before June 30, 2020 to be considered officially enrolled and as a basis for the issuance of the Enrolment Permit which will be available (Student’s Copy) starting before the start of classes.

Beginning of Classes.  When you have settled the required enrolment fees and you have been issued the Enrolment Permit, you are officially enrolled.  The Enrolment Permit (Student’s Copy) should be kept in a safe place as proof of your official enrolment. It must be presented to your teacher on the first day of classes on Monday, August 10, 2020..

Late Enrollee.   Any student, whether old or new, who applies for admission and is admitted after the first day of classes that is Monday, August 10, 2020, will be considered a late enrollee and charged a late enrolment fee.
