The following must be presented for registration purposes:

| Certificate of Good Moral Character (not applicable for new students who graduated from JRU) |
| Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Birth |
| ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size |

| Special Study Permit issued by Bureau of Immigration |
| Original Student Record (red ribbon) |
| Photocopy of passport |
| ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size |
| Once enrolled, Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card) |
In cases where the admission credentials are deficit, incomplete or cannot be substantiated at the moment, an undertaking form shall be executed by the applicant.
