Master of Arts in Education major in Special Education

Program Description

The Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education with a major in Special Education is tailored for educators dedicated to meeting the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities. Through a comprehensive curriculum, students gain expertise in instructional strategies, assessment practices, and laws governing special education services. Emphasis is placed on conducting comprehensive assessments, collaborating with families and service providers, and advocating for inclusive education practices.
