Prof. Ador G. Paulino

Prof. ADOR G. PAULINO is an industrial engineer with over 15 years of experience in project management, particularly grant-funded projects from international development partners. He has international exposure as a former contracts manager for a South Korean engineering, procurement, and construction firm. Also, he has been involved in the academe as part-time faculty since 1988. He is now a professor in the graduate schools of one private and two public higher education institutions in Metro Manila. Currently, Prof. Paulino serves as a Fellow I at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) under the Technology Management Office (TMO) of the Productivity & Development Center (PDC). As Fellow I, he serves as project manager and/or resource person and helps public agencies to attain certifiable status for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard.
