Dr. Lucila Magalong is a seasoned College Dean and Professor with a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration. With over 30 years of experience in different educational institutions, she excels in curriculum development, process improvement, program and policy development, school system enhancement, training, and marketing strategy development. Lucy served as the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Calamba Doctors’ College, overseeing overall operations and administration. Previously, she was the Dean of the Business Management Education Dept. at Lyceum of Alabang for over six years. Lucy has also taught part-time at various universities’ Graduate Schools, including TUP, PWU, Emilio Aguinaldo College, and as a professorial lecturer at Jose Rizal University. She possesses strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills and is dedicated to contributing to the sustainable development of any organization she works with
