Documents should be in PDF, PNG, or JPEG format, and each file must not exceed 2 MB. Otherwise, the system will not accept them.
All international student applicants must submit the following for acceptance and enrollment:

- Certificate of Eligibility to Pursue Graduate Studies – this is for international applicants whose Certificate of Graduation does not clearly indicate that they are university/college degree holders. The University may require this added certificate from international applicants if and when needed.
The “Certificate of Eligibility to Pursue Graduate Studies” may be secured from any of the following:
- The school where the applicant earned his/her collegiate degree/s
- The applicant’s country’s Ministry of Education or its equivalent
- Philippine Embassy/Philippine Consulate in the applicant’s country of origin
Step 2-B: Pay your application fee of 500 pesos through any JRU Payment Facility. You must upload your proof of payment.
Step 2-C: Complete the English Proficiency evaluation.
- Admissions Interview
- A Prescribed Language Proficiency of at least B1+ in all four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) before taking the comprehensive examination
The university will help students assess their English proficiency so they can understand their current level and make necessary language improvements.
If you cannot completely submit your credentials and proof of payment on the same day, you may upload them later. However, this will affect the processing time of your application for admission.
