The JRU MBA Program has been granted a Level III reaccredIted status by PACUCOA in 2014. In March 2015, Dr. Bienvenido R. Tantoco, Sr., a JRU alumnus and founder of the Rustan’s Group of companies gave a grant to JRU to upgrade its MBA program. Re-named DBRTS Graduate School of Management, or Tantoco Graduate School of Management, extensive renovations were made on the fifth floor of the Tower Building for the exclusive use of the students in the program, to put this at par with the facilities of the high end business schools in the Metro Manila. Faculty from the Philippine top four Universities were tapped to handle courses under the up-graded curriculum. The ultimate vision is to make the DBRTS Business School of Management as the Premier Graduate School of Management for Filipinos. Other than the regular MBA program, the DBRTS will offer Master in Entrepreneurship and Master in Retail Marketing within the next two years.
