Currently completing his PhD in Science Education – Physics at De La Salle University Manila, where he also finished his Masters Degree in Teaching Physics. He currently holds the research associate position at the José Rizal University Mandaluyong City and Training Director of the A&A Knowledge Base Research Consultancy and Training.

Popularly known as Lion Ara is a socio-civic leader, - an active member/officer of Lions Clubs International (LCI) and the incumbent President of Premier Business and Professionals of Toastmasters Club International. She is a regular full time faculty member under the College of Nursing and Health Sciences and also teaches in the Graduate School of this prestigious University, JOSE RIZAL UNIVERSITY.

A recipient of a Fulbright scholarship Program for International Leaders in Education Fellowship Program for a semester-long at Arizona State University fully funded by the government of United States. She is a self-ignited and well-organized professional with over twenty years of teaching experience in both local and international setting.

Is a hybrid of academe and industry expertise for her six years and counting as a teacher in the university and ten years working experience in the marketing, BPO industry and served as administrative head in the construction company.
