Tinapay ay Buhay, Munting Kalakalan para sa Kabuhayan( Correctional Institution for Women) – This long term outreach “Tinapay ay Buhay, Munting Kalakalan para sa Kabuhayanis a bread and pastry production project with the main objective of providing a total and diversified livelihood activity for the inmates of the Correctional Institution for Women in Mandaluyong. The project was implemented faculty members of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management composed of Marlon T. Andaya; Roderick Tuazon and students from their College together with the faculty from the College of BAA composed of Ms. Daisy dela Cruz, Joel Baptista, Oscar dela Cruz, and Ms. Lucina Flores. Through their efforts and expertise, the upskilling workshop on new techniques in baking, new recipes, taxation, starting a business and sources of finances were shared.  Furthermore, the proceeds and products of the project were envisioned to support the inmates especially when they go back to the community.
