JRU Employee Performance Award SY1415
One of the best things about working in a family-oriented institution is the value and appreciation of the administration to employees who exceptionally performed their duties in spite and despite of the circumstances they encounter while delivering their work. Part of the growth, the university wants to provide their employee is to foster their skills and talent in relation to the result of their job. Fun and entertainment is also included.
Last Friday, April 15, 2016, non-teaching staff of JRU went to Monte Vista in Sariaya, Quezon for an annual team building and outing facilitated by the Administrative and Human Resources Office and led by Mrs. Norma Montalvo, VP for Administrative Affairs. The whole day event was purely enjoyment and fun, employees had great time in the beautiful amenities and facilities of the resort, videoke is always the primary source of entertainment.
During lunch, awarding of the Employee Performance Awards for SY1415 was held led by Mr. Ted Calaguas, VP for Financial Affairs. Officers from Accounting, Budget, Engineering & Maintenance, Marketing & Communications and Administrative & Human Resources were present to grace the awarding.
