Dr. Sison earned her degree at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina.

She is affiliated in UK Academy and a Global Excellence Awardee, ASSERT OBEĀ  and also in the Executive Council of Deans and educators in Business member.

Currently connected at Jose Rizal University as a party time faculty and an OBE Coordinator for the College of Business Administration and Accountancy.

The purpose of this study is to enhance the transformational Cooperative Management in Selective Multi-Purpose Cooperative in terms of internal control, best practices and Business sustainability. Quantitative and qualitative research methods used in data collection. There were no significant differences in the assessment of the three (3) groups of respondents. Hence, the hypotheses of no significant differences between the assessment of the three (3) groups of respondents were all retained using the ANOVA interpretation.
